By downloading, installing, or using SharePickr ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SharePickr for your personal or commercial use.

  • Free version: Personal and commercial use allowed
  • Pro version: Single user license, lifetime access
  • Team version: Multi-user license as specified in your purchase

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Share your license key with unauthorized users
  • Resell or redistribute the Software without permission

4. Payment and Refunds

SharePickr offers one-time payment licenses. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@sharepickr.com within 30 days for a full refund.

5. Updates and Support

Paid licenses include lifetime updates. We may release updates, bug fixes, and new features at our discretion. Support is provided via email for paid users, with priority support for Pro and Team licenses.

6. Privacy and Data

SharePickr operates entirely on your local machine. We do not collect, store, or transmit your screen content or presentation data. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SHAREPICKR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
